Important SSC Information for Mizuno Players

Dear Team Mizuno Players and Parents,
As some of you may have heard, Hit Quarters and the Shrewsbury Athletic Club have been working to move away from their separate software systems and move towards and integrated booking and member system for the entire Shrewsbury Sports Center facility.
On April 4, 2016 we will be switching the Hit Quarters facility from our current software to Club Automation, which provides us not only integration of the entire facility and our members, but also offers a host of other benefits our old software did not provide (including the ability to accept credit cards for Hit Quarters programs and lessons!) As we make this transition, there are a few things we wanted you all to be aware of.
The biggest change for you all will be the front desk check in. Every player on Team Mizuno will be provided a key tag for the front desk, and be required swipe into the building on each visit. This check in will not only provide us with accurate attendance and packaged lesson redemption, but also provide greater building security for the entire facility. Any Mizuno players who happen to also be members of the Shrewsbury Athletic Club will be able to use their current key tag for this. Please stop by the front desk on your first visit after April 4th to receive your tags.
Secondly, all payments for Hit Quarters will be able to be taken by the front desk staff. As mentioned previously, credit cards will also be accepted. The only thing that will still be cash or check only for the time being are the items in the pro shop.
Lastly, all outstanding balances, bookings, and packages will be transferred over to the new software. No one will lose any account credits, lesson packages or booked time as a result of this transition.
In addition to the benefits this software provides to Hit Quarters staff, it will also provide players and parents with added benefits including:
- Online clinic registration
- Ability to pay with credit cards
- An online portal to manage person information, credit card information and upcoming events
- And more!
